Quality control
Taking product quality as the core of the company, Alloves has established a complete product quality management system with a professional team of experienced quality management engineers and technicians. Regarding our complete quality control, our Quality Control Center has continuously improved our quality control management, technical operation, and support service.
Our quality control center not only conducts review and tests for each batch of raw materials, but also including each product we produced, each batch of products in each production line will retain samples for more than 40 testings, and hundreds of sample data will be collected, to ensure product quality under standardized and systematic control.
Quality Inspection Center
During the quality control process, a number of meticulous testings will be conducted in our Quality Inspection Center, apart from the assurance of product safety, purpose of these testings are in order to:
1.Ensure that the instant suction speed, re-infiltration amount and diffusion length of our product reach standard range.
2.Confirm the anti-leakage performance of the absorption core.
3.Test whether the water absorption and water retention of polymers meet the requirement.
4.Make sure absorption core is soft and comfortable, density of absorption core has to be tested.
5. Test the performance of our product's magic side tapes.
6. Detect the stretch ratio of the rubber band and whether the control of waist comfort is up to standard.
7. Test the rationality of our product's leak-proof partition, make sure our product has no leakage during usage.
8. Test product PH value, as baby's skin is simply the tenderest, extract attention on product surface has to be paid.
