Production Environment
  
Our production base with total 35,000 square meters has equipped with latest technology. We have a 10,000 square meters of dust-free production area for baby diaper and pant, and over 5,000 square meters of 100,000-level production site for medical mask with a comprehensive environment control such as sealed production environment, central processing system for dust, 24-hrs constant temperature and humidity control, positive pressure ventilation production environment etc., these equip and ensure the safety and sanitation of our production environment and products produced.


Production equipment
1. Diaper/Pants production equipment

Our production area has more than ten full-automatic production lines for diapers/pants, with capacity of 400-450 pieces per minute, which guarantees our production volume And we have following advanced equipments, which enable us to have an abaolute control of our product quality:
①Online automatic raw material receiving
②Online stain (defect) detection and automatic removal;
③Online pattern positioning (image) detection;
④Online 3D embossing;
⑤ Elastic tension control system;
⑥Ultrasonic Stitching.
Among them, our online inspection system can directly reject and destroy unqualified products on the production line. Nevertheless, qualified products must undergo inspections to ensure that all of our products are completely safe for usage.

2. Medical mask production equipment
Alloves's 100,000-level medical mask production site has more than 50 advanced high-speed production lines for adult and child mask, and KN95 respirator, with a daily production capacity of 2 million pics. Alloves takes product quality as the core of company, we have not only established a complete product quality assurance system, but also obtained medical device production license, medical/surgical mask registration certification,GMP certification, ISO9001: 2015 Quality management certification and EU CE certification, etc.
